EVALUATION THE SAFTY AND EFFICACY OF ZOSIMA ABSINTHIFOLIA ON LIVER WITH ITS HEPATOPROTECTIVE EFFECTS

Zosima absinthifolia (family Apiaceae) is a traditional medicinal plant of Balochistan, Pakistan, Remidies of Z. absinthifolia used to manage the gastrointestinal disorder like, along with managing to treat cough, gastric flatulence with indigestion. Present research study was performed to evaluate and determine the safety and efficacy of Z. absinthifolia on liver with Hepatoprotective activity. Albino rabbits were selected and administered Z.absinthifolia 300 mg/kg/oral for 3 months. For the research and ovulation taken biochemical parameters (Kidney function test, hematological parameters, blood glucose, cardiac enzymes, liver function test, lipid profile, serum calcium, and urea) were determined. absinthifolia methanol extract showed non-significant changes in hematological profile, cardiac enzymes (LDH),  and lipid profile (Triglycerides and Cholesterol level)  research shows significant increase platelets count was observed. Result of research study shows that Z.
